Chef David Carrier's new culinary venture Certified Burgers & Beverage will soon be revealed in the former Pranzo location on St. Simons Island. An investors' cocktail party was held recently to showcase their vision and more details are coming soon! Among the things we're excited about, other than the great house-ground beef and meats that will be used for their burgers and the fantastic craft cocktail, beer, and soda offerings, is David's desire that this be a neighborhood hangout and a way to give back to the community. He's planning to have a burger on the menu that will be inspired by and dedicated to the Boys & Girls Club and proceeds from its sale will benefit the organization. Additionally, he hopes to develop a partnership with them in which the youth can get involved with the restaurant's operations as a learning experience. It's a great vision! We're thrilled to be seeing it develop from the ground up and can't wait for the doors to open! We'll have more details to share soon!
