Georgia Sea Grill in the Pier Village is delighted to announce Potlikker Farm, its newest addition planted on Blythe Island. GSG owner Zack Gowen established Potlikker to ensure that only the freshest flavors are served. Sam McPherson, Potlikker cultivator, brings a lifetime of farming experience and skills to harvest vegetables, herbs, and flowers. GSG Executive Chef Tim Lensch combines ingredients with local catch to create specials like pan-seared grouper topped with Potlikker Pea Salad. More hoop houses will be installed this year, and lemon, pomegranate, satsuma and pawpaw trees are beginning to grow. Plans are to sell to the public, donate to schools, and be involved with other community-supported agricultural ventures to fill an underserved market with local, sustainable produce. Visit Georgia Sea Grill to experience sensational seaside cuisine made with the freshest ingredients from Potlikker Farm. Call 912.638.1197 for reservations or visit GeorgiaSeaGrill.com.
