Blue Jean Ball

Enjoy a lovely evening of boot scootin’ under the stars at the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia’s Blue Jean Ball fundraiser. The festivities will be hosted at Village Creek Landing on St. Simons Island. The highlights include music, local cuisine, dancing, and a silent and live auction. Proceeds from this event help HSSCG provide care, love, and medical attention to over a thousand animals a year.

**EVENT CANCELLED - UPDATE FROM HSSCG**

Blue Jean Ball Cancelled - Returning in November 2024. If you have a ticket or sponsorship it will be honored for the November Blue Jean Ball. 

St Simons is expecting heavy rain and severe thunderstorms this Friday evening, making it necessary for us to cancel the Blue Jean Ball. This difficult decision is based on several factors. The heavy rain will make it impossible for us to set up for our Blue Jean Ball as planned. With 50% of the event outdoors, and an almost sold-out event, it is impossible for us to move the event indoors. There is also the threat of lightning throughout the evening. With safety being our number one priority, we do not want to put anyone at risk. 

So, with all of those factors, and to maintain the integrity of the event we all love, we feel it best to have our Ball return this November. 

We will send out more information about the November event and other details at a later date.
