Glynn Visual Arts Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting

Glynn Visual Arts will host a Ribbon Cutting, Grand Opening and Artist Reception at their new

home at 106 Island Drive at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 15^th. Artist Jeanine Cook’s metal point drawings and botanical artwork will be on exhibition throughout the gallery from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.. Visitors will also be able to walk through the gift shop, dedicated classrooms, and professional pottery studio. The new GVA Center will also host an open house on Saturday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served. GVA still seeks to raise the $250,000 needed for the completion of Phase Two of “The Campaign for Island Drive” to create an iconic new entrance, improve the building’s functionality for events and rentals, and enhance the grounds. Glynn Visual Arts is a membership-based not-for-profit organization, governed by its Board of Directors.
