An exciting and varied season of nationally recognized musical performers awaits Golden Isles Live! audiences this season. The first concert will be October 16. “We’re opening with everyone’s favorite Vivaldi composition, ‘The Four Seasons,’ played by the Vega String Quartet,” said President Lorene Reid. “But what puts this concert over the top is that an accomplished artist, Timothy Raines, will be creating two unique acrylic-on-canvas paintings live on stage during the concert, one of which will be raffled off that night.”
The American Tenors will return December 11 with an all-new program in an encore performance of their standing-room-only show at The Cloister. The season continues with “Let’s Hang On,” a Frankie Vallie Tribute on January 30, “Simply Sinatra,” with Steve Lippia, March 12, and tenor Fernando Verla on April 10.
Other than the December concert at The Cloister, all performances take place at 7:30 p.m. in the Glynn Academy Auditorium.
