The Island Players present Little Shop of Horrors, the deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical that has been devouring the hearts of theatre goers for more than 30 years. This horror comedy rock musical based on the film by Roger Corman, follows Seymour Krelborn a nerdy, amateur botanist. Suddenly, Seymour stumbles upon an odd-looking plant who he affectionately names Audrey II and it seems to be Seymour's salvation; so long as he continues to satisfy its need for human blood, that is! When the plant's hunger becomes insatiable, Seymour must decide between the high life and the high road. The Island Players’ production is directed by Josh Sinyard & Brian Griffin and is sure to have you laughing and singing along. Featuring Billy Halsey as Seymour, Aubry Dorsey as Audrey, Jeff Dempsey as Mr. Mushnik, Rem Farr as Orin Scrivello, DDS, Chelsi Jump as Crystal, Misty Renard as Ronnette, Stacey White as Chiffon, and Josh Hinson as the voice of Audrey II.
