Certified Concepts has brought on board longtime island resident Amy Debreceni as Catering Director for Certified Burgers & Beverage and Certified Pantry & Provisions. Previously Amy built and managed the catering department at Southern Soul Barbeque for 10 years. “I’m very excited to be part of the team at Certified. David Carrier is such a talented chef and I’m so looking forward to seeing what innovative menus we will create for our clients,” she says. Amy is trained as a personal chef and is experienced in all aspects of catering from conception through execution, and intimate dinner parties to over-the-top wedding receptions. She served on the boards of directors of St. Simons Food & Spirits Festival and Firebox and recently joined the board of Georgia Grown Highway 17 Trail.
