Ultimate Cuban Sliders
Ingredients:
12 Hawaiian rolls or potato rolls
1/3 c. Duke’s Mayonnaise
1/3 c. yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
12 oz. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
16 oz. deli ham, thinly sliced
12 slices pre-cooked roasted pork loin
1½ c. sliced pickles
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice rolls in half crosswise. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. Spread mixture over bottom halves of rolls, then arrange on a baking sheet with spread side up. Top with 1/2 of cheese. Add slices of ham and pork loin on top of cheese. Place pickles on top of meat. Layer remaining cheese over pickles. Place tops of rolls over cheese. Brush tops of rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley. Cover sandwiches with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until sandwiches are golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve hot.
