Second Harvest Supper Club Kickoff
Beginning in August, America’s Second Harvest Food Bank will be forming a Supper Club that will meet at a different location on the second Wednesday of each month. Participating restaurants will donate 20% of each check to the food bank to help those in need in Glynn Co. The kick-off will be at Ziggy Mahoney’s on August 14, at 7:00 p.m., with a dinner catered by David Ouimet of Purple Sage Catering. David has a Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, and extensive experience in restaurants, resorts and private clubs. For 8 years, he honed his skills at Sea Island Company under tutelage of two outstanding Executive Chefs. Keenan Carter will provide the evening’s entertainment.
