Golden Isles Live! presented the world famous Irish music group Cherish The Ladies at Glynn Academy Memorial Auditorium. The audience was entertained by Joanie Madden, world champion on the flute and penny whistle, and her group that included classical guitar, accordion, fiddle, piano and vocals. One of the highlights of the entertainment was the Irish step dancers, both world champions. Students of Glynn County Schools were also able to enjoy this program as part of Golden Isles Live’s student outreach program. This was the fourth of five concerts in the Golden Isles Live! season that will conclude on May 5 with The Diamonds. More information can be found at goldenisleslive.org.
